These Terms of Business explain the conditions under which Kunktela Limited supplies products and services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms. They are designed to ensure a fair and transparent relationship between Kunktela and its customers.

All orders placed with Kunktela are subject to availability and acceptance. An order is only confirmed once we have issued an order confirmation or dispatched the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including for stock shortages, pricing errors or compliance reasons. 

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and are subject to VAT where applicable. Payment must be made using one of our accepted payment methods before goods are dispatched unless a trade credit account has been approved. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates and may vary. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Any delays caused by couriers, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control cannot be guaranteed against.

If you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, please contact us as soon as possible. Approved returns must generally be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain products, including gas cylinders and hygiene-sensitive items, may not be eligible for return unless faulty. 

Selected products supplied by Kunktela are covered by a limited manufacturer's or supplier's warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, normal wear or failure to follow operating instructions. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are used safely, stored correctly and operated in accordance with all supplied instructions. Where applicable, customers must ensure products are purchased and used only for lawful purposes and by suitably trained individuals.

Kunktela will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption or data loss arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability will not exceed the purchase price of the affected product except where required by law.

All content on the Kunktela website, including text, images, logos, graphics and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Kunktela Limited. No material may be copied, reproduced or distributed without our prior written permission.

These Terms of Business are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
