By purchasing any nitrous oxide product from Kunktela, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.

Kunktela Limited complies with all relevant UK legislation relating to the sale, storage and distribution of nitrous oxide.

Nitrous oxide became a Class C controlled drug in the UK on 8 November 2023 where possession or supply relates to wrongful inhalation. However, legitimate commercial and culinary uses remain lawful.

We reserve the right to amend this policy whenever legislation or official guidance changes.

Our nitrous oxide products are supplied exclusively for recognised professional applications, including:

Never:

• Refill a disposable cylinder. 
• Burn, puncture or crush a cylinder. 
• Modify the valve or regulator. 
• Use damaged cylinders. 
• Expose cylinders to temperatures above the manufacturer's recommended limit. 

Always follow the manufacturer's operating instructions.

Certain nitrous oxide orders may require additional delivery controls.

These may include:

• Adult signature upon delivery 
• Identification checks 
• Delivery to verified business premises 
• Manual compliance review before dispatch 
• Tracked delivery services 

Kunktela may refuse delivery where identity or eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Nitrous oxide is supplied in pressurised cylinders and must be handled responsibly.

Improper handling may result in:

• Dizziness

If we become aware of:

• Product diversion 
• Unlawful resale 
• Suspected misuse 
• False customer information 
• Fraudulent purchases 

we reserve the right to:

• Cancel future orders 
• Suspend customer accounts 
• Refuse further supply 
• Share information where legally required with the appropriate authorities
